Refund, Illness & Emergency Policy

STEAMULATION Lab

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all families and to allow us to plan staffing and materials responsibly, please review our policy below before registering.

Camp Refunds

  • 75% refund for cancellations made 4 weeks before the camp start date
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 3 weeks before the camp start date
  • No refunds for cancellations made 2 weeks or less before the camp start date

All approved refunds are subject to a $50 non-refundable administrative fee.

Illness Policy

Your child’s health—and the health of our community—comes first.

  • If your child is unwell, we kindly ask that they stay home to prevent the spread of illness.
  • Please notify our Education Manager as soon as possible if your child cannot attend due to illness.
  • Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a partial refund or program credit may be offered at our discretion.
  • Medical documentation may be requested in some cases.
  • Any refund or credit issued due to illness remains subject to the $50 administrative fee.

Weather & Emergency Closures

  • No refunds will be issued for closures due to severe weather, public health directives, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • If possible, we may offer a credit program or make-up session, at the discretion of STEAMULATION Lab.

Program Changes or Cancellations by STEAMULATION Lab

  • If a program is cancelled by STEAMULATION Lab, families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.

Credits & Refund Processing

  • Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 6 months.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

By registering for a STEAMULATION Lab program, you agree to this policy.
